The proposed uses of the building, Use Class B8 Storage and Distribution and Use Class E Light Industrial / Commercial, align with the previous activities that have occupied the site for generations. However, the key advantages of the proposed development, compared to previous occupants, include significantly lower traffic volumes, an enhanced security presence, and a clean, non-intrusive business operation providing workspace for local businesses, all of which will benefit the local community.
