What provisions have been made for servicing of the development?
Servicing of the self storage facility will occur from Matthias Road, utilising the existing cross over into an undercroft, as was the case in the existing building. There will be six covered parking spaces on-site for loading and unloading.
What level of disabled parking will be provided for the scheme?
Only operationally necessary parking / loading space is provided.
Will there be cycle parking on site?
There will be extensive covered cycle parking including 4 cargo bike spaces.
